Neoteryx: Building Visibility for Complex Healthcare Innovation
A long-term digital marketing partnership spanning website modernization, SEO research, content strategy, HubSpot management, and creative production for innovative microsampling technologies.
What began as a landing-page refresh in HubSpot evolved into a broader digital marketing partnership. Over time, I helped Neoteryx modernize its website experience, improve UX/UI, support product visibility, guide SEO and content strategy, create visual assets, and provide ongoing digital support as the company grew and evolved.
- Client: Neoteryx
- Industry: Life sciences / microsampling / molecular research
- Scope: UX/UI, HubSpot migration, SEO research, content strategy, photography, video, webmaster support
- Core challenge: Growing visibility for innovative products with limited existing search demand
- Ongoing focus: Organic search growth, clearer site structure, stronger product discoverability
From Template Refresh to Full-Site Transformation
A small HubSpot project evolved into a comprehensive digital engagement.
Neoteryx first engaged me to update key landing pages using HubSpot’s ACT 3.0 template. As the project expanded, I led the full migration of Neoteryx.com to the new template, collaborating with leadership and sales and marketing teams to enhance UX/UI, support new campaigns, and deliver a modern, user-friendly site. This role grew to include ongoing HubSpot support and web management.

Creating Demand for Products People Weren’t Searching For
SEO strategy for innovative healthcare tools with limited market awareness
Neoteryx’s primary challenge was visibility. The Mitra blood microsampling device and the Harpera Microbiopsy Punch addressed real needs but lacked strong search demand. As a result, the strategy extended beyond direct product terms. I conducted in-depth SEO research to identify adjacent and problem-based search terms, attracting qualified traffic and positioning these tools as modern solutions within the broader research and healthcare sectors.

Research-Led SEO, Guided by Real Search Behavior
Every content decision was informed by real search behavior.
My SEO work for Neoteryx went beyond basic keyword targeting. I analyzed how search engines interpreted topics, identified relevant SERP features, and assessed opportunities for content development. This process included client meetings, long-tail keyword analysis, image and AI search reviews, SEMrush data, SERP comparisons, and tactical evaluations of priorities. The result was a more strategic, data-driven approach to organic and paid search planning.

Restructuring a Large Content Library for Clarity and Performance
Transforming hundreds of blog posts into a more strategic content system.
As Neoteryx’s blog library grew, improving content organization and topic alignment became essential. I audited the blog, prioritized high-performing content, grouped articles into thematic clusters, and identified competing posts. This led to consolidating overlapping blogs into authoritative master assets, strengthening organization around core themes, and providing clearer canonical direction for search engines. The goal was to build a cleaner, more effective content ecosystem that supported both users and organic visibility.

Ongoing Digital Support Across Content, Creative, and Web
A multi-disciplinary role extending beyond SEO.
My work with Neoteryx included ongoing content development, copywriting, analytics-driven strategy, custom photography, video production, and digital support as HubSpot webmaster. This broader role ensured alignment across the website, content, and campaigns, while strengthening the company’s credibility and digital presence.

A Long-Term Partner for Complex Digital Growth
Neoteryx needed more than a one-off service. They needed a digital partner who could help translate complex scientific innovation into clear, discoverable, and strategically structured online experiences. From HubSpot migration and UX improvements to SEO research, content restructuring, and creative production, this work reflects the kind of long-term, multi-disciplinary support I provide to organizations operating in technical or emerging markets.
