Therapeutic Massage: This service includes focused-oriented or full-body massages that are customized using various techniques. Ideal for alleviating stiffness, aiding athletic recovery, and addressing persistent tightness.
Integrative Bodywork (Massage + Yoga Modalities): This is a customized, holistic approach to pain relief that combines various massage techniques with yoga modalities to build stability in weaker areas while elevating / balancing overused muscles. Sessions are aimed at releasing tension, restoring mobility, and calming the nervous system.
Yoga Modalities: You can mix and match to create your own package based on your individual needs. If you're uncertain about what you require, we can discuss your options during the intake interview.
