Hello, I’m Joe Cashman. As a lifelong student of yoga, I didn’t truly overcome chronic pain until I started receiving therapeutic bodywork alongside my Hatha yoga practice. I have experienced firsthand how these two modalities work together to relieve both physical and emotional / mental pain.

Therapeutic Massage:  This service includes focused-oriented or full-body massages that are customized using various techniques. Ideal for alleviating stiffness, aiding athletic recovery, and addressing persistent tightness.


Integrative Bodywork (Massage + Yoga Modalities): This is a customized, holistic approach to pain relief that combines various massage techniques with yoga modalities to build stability in weaker areas while elevating / balancing overused muscles.  Sessions are aimed at releasing tension, restoring mobility, and calming the nervous system.


Yoga Modalities: You can mix and match to create your own package based on your individual needs. If you're uncertain about what you require, we can discuss your options during the intake interview.


Yoga (Strength-meets-Mobility):  This active, alignment-based yoga focuses on developing strength and concentration. You'll build stability in weaker areas while elevating / balancing overused muscles.


Targeted Stretching / Yin yoga (Assisted):

One-on-one assisted mobility work designed to alleviate muscle guarding and safely lengthen tight tissues. This method improves range of motion through slow holds and contract-relax techniques. Benefits include improved posture, flexibility, and enhanced recovery between workouts.

 

Breathwork:   
Simple, science-based breathing protocols used to reduce stress and calm the mind. Learn to be present, accept and let go so that you can move forward clearly. 


Secular Meditation:
Guided, practical techniques are provided to help settle your attention, improve sleep quality, and reduce stress reactivity—without dogma, just practical tools you can apply immediately.

Experience hands-on relief through a combination of therapeutic massage techniques, ideal for tension relief and relaxation.

Integrative Bodywork

This multidisciplinary session combines therapeutic massage with yoga modalities. It is designed to address pain holistically, targeting not only the physical body but also the energy (pranic) body.
