Hello! I’m Joe Cashman. As a lifelong yoga practitioner, I didn’t have a true breakthrough in overcoming chronic pain until I began receiving bodywork alongside my practice. I have experienced firsthand how these two modalities work together to alleviate both physical and mental pain.
My mission is to support others in addressing their challenges through a self-empowered approach, using conscious movement, breath, and therapeutic touch to cultivate greater balance and well-being.

Intuitive deep tissue: From a young age, my instinct to alleviate the pain in others have guided my hands. Known for their strength, my technique, refined through schooling, is built for those seeking therapeutic deep tissue massage, accented with Thai and Myofascial techniques.
Tailored-made yoga protocols: During our initial consultation, we will dive into your specific areas of concern along with your hopes and goals. This information will guide me in creating a personalized yoga sequence to help address your troubled areas, while complimenting our massage efforts.
Yin stretching (active & assisted): Yin is a form of static, prologued yoga stretches. Depending on your level flexibility, poses can last anywhere from 30 seconds to up to 6 minutes. This allows for the body's muscles and fascia to open up, helping relieve chronic tension/pain. Assisted stretching is available upon request for both beginners and advanced students who wish to deepen their experience.
Breathwork and meditation: My goal is to create an active, waking meditation throughout our entire session, focusing on continuous, conscious breathing. However depending on the package you chose, we can discuss and determine the right techniques in both modalities to help you achieve your goals.
