Neoteryx: Elevating Their Digital Footprint
Initially, I was brought in to revamp several key landing pages using their latest HubSpot template, ACT 3.0. As the project grew, so did my responsibilities, I led the complete migration of the site to the new template, collaborating closely with leadership and the sales and marketing teams to roll out an improved UX/UI and launch new marketing campaigns.

SWFHC: Revitalizing Their Digital Presence
When Southwest Fair Housing Council (SWFHC) reached out, their website was stuck in the past—built on a seven-year-old template and plagued by broken links, missing images, and confusing layouts. This was especially problematic for a key audience: individuals with disabilities.
A Logical User Friendly Approach
I began with a thorough analysis of SWFHC’s website, pinpointing what needed improvement. Outdated and redundant content was consolidated or removed, which paved the way for a clear, organized site structure and a complete rebuild from the ground up.

- Upgraded the outdated Squarespace template to a modern version, enabling essential updates and integrations to fix persistent issues.
- Simplified convoluted navigation by restructuring the navbar with a clear, hierarchical system.

Beyond the website, I refreshed the SWFHC logo and created their first brand guidelines book. I also developed marketing collateral in both English and Spanish to broaden their reach.

Direct Advocacy & Resource Center: Empowering Independence
Direct, a Center for Independent Living (CIL), is dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities. When they approached me, their WordPress site was cluttered and difficult to navigate, prompting a comprehensive rebuild. My top priority was accessibility. Adhering closely to WCAG and Section 508 standards, while also revitalizing their branding. Since launching the new site in early 2022, I’ve continued to provide digital marketing consulting to keep their online presence effective and engaging.

The original site attempted to be accessible by stripping down to plain text, but lost branding and visual appeal in the process. The redesign maintained high accessibility standards without sacrificing the organization’s identity.

Base10 Genetics: Transforming Nutrigenomics
Base10 Genetics, a leader in innovative nutrigenomic and infectious disease programs, partnered with me to elevate their digital presence and customer engagement. Their goal was to communicate complex program offerings with clarity, streamline digital marketing efforts, and strengthen brand visibility in a fast-evolving healthcare landscape. My collaboration with Base10 spanned everything from overhauling marketing collateral to launching new digital channels, with a strong focus on audience needs and compliance.
Reimagining Marketing Collateral
I revamped sales and marketing materials to clearly communicate program offerings and value propositions, including a series of branded PDFs for both nutrigenomic and infectious disease management programs.

I led the migration of Base10’s website to HubSpot, making content creation easier and launching a company blog. Email campaigns and onboarding workflows were developed to boost enrollment and engagement, especially for COVID-19 programs.

- Appointed as the first SEO Specialist, defining and executing best practices to drive traffic to product and education websites for this major hair care brand.

Shubies Marketplace, Marblehead, Massachusetts
I was tasked with converting Shubies’ legacy website into an e-commerce platform. After initial consultations, I identified critical issues with their outdated point-of-sale and ERP systems that hindered inventory management and reporting. I recommended migrating to
SQUARE Inc. Which streamlined their entire business model and resolved operational inefficiencies. The successful launch of the new e-commerce site took place in Q1 of 2021, improving both online and in-store functionality.
Tribeca Companies, Private Equity, San Francisco CA
The goal was to rebrand and reimagine Spot On Sciences to Verospec (see concept logo below) with the aim to expand into a variety of microsampling technologies and accessories. However, the project was never executed due to the company's decision to start-up a COVID testing company during the pandemic. While there though I initiated and executed several marketing/PR projects to improve Spot on Sciences brand, SEO/online equity

Liberty Resources, Inc. is a non-profit, consumer driven organization that advocates and promotes Independent Living for persons with disabilities. I was hired to formalize their Social Coordinator modules into templates for import into their online training tools.
- Establish reusable, well formatted Power-Point and Microsoft Word templates that are able to be saved into different friendly disability formats.

Dameron Communications is integrated marketing solutions company with strong government and public relations. Clients range from government candidate campaigns, education, and private business’s. Initially to hired to create their capabilities brochure, work was extended to working on campaign creation for Carden Virtual Academy.

Their initial website had become discomfiting to their growing and reputable cliental. I was contracted to re-design and rebuild their website; their requirements necessitated that the design should be both minimal/corporate while modern and savvy.
- Copywriter/Editor – Edited and rewrote website content stronger flow.
- Branding - Created first corporate logo. Applied consistent treatment for both website and paper collateral.

- Successful time management and work accuracy lead to extended contract. My talents where then applied to the I.T. Dept for a thorough update to their HTML pages while simultaneously testing the environment and documenting functionality of updated materials.
